Return and refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Each T-shirt is uniquely customized with your name, surname, and city, making it a one-of-a-kind item created just for you. Because of this personalized nature, we do not accept returns or refunds.

✅ Exchanges (if applicable)
- If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same design.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear 360° clear opening video and a description of the issue.
- Exchanges are only available for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

- We provide detailed size charts and guidance to help you choose the right fit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fusionestore666@gmail.com.refunds will be credited back to original payment method in 7 business days.
